Lincocin (Lincomycin)

Usage indications

Lincocin is an antibiotic used for the treatment of various bacterial infections.

Application mode

Lincocin is better for intake 1 hour before meal or 2 hours after meal. It can be taken during meal in case of stomach upset. Take this medicine with full glass of water (8 ounces or 240 ml) of water unless otherwise told by your doctor.

Antibiotics act better in case of drug sufficient amount at organism kept on constant level. So take this drug at equal time intervals during day and night. Continue taking full course of the drug even in case of symptoms improvement during several days. The drug intake early termination can cause bacteria to grow due to infection relapse.

Mechanism of action

Lincomicine belongs to antibiotics type. These drugs are used for infections treatment. They will not act during cough, flu and other viral infections.

Missed dozes

During single miss of doze intake, it is necessary to take the doze as soon as possible. If the time of missed doze intake corresponds to the time of next doze intake the drug intake should be missed. The double dosage is prohibited for intake.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from humidity and sun light. Follow instruction manual on the possibility to store in liquid way. Do not freeze. Do not store at bathroom.
